Terms of Service

Last updated: February 24, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RouteKit (“the Service”), including our website at routekit.sh and our API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

RouteKit provides a unified messaging API that enables AI agents and applications to send and receive messages across multiple messaging platforms through a single integration. RouteKit acts as a pass-through message router and does not store, log, or inspect the content of messages transmitted through the platform.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@routekit.sh if you suspect unauthorized access.

Waitlist & Early Access

RouteKit is currently in pre-launch. Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. We reserve the right to grant access at our discretion and in any order. There is no cost associated with joining the waitlist. Early access features may change, be incomplete, or be discontinued without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate applicable anti-spam laws.
  • Transmit malicious content, malware, or phishing attempts.
  • Violate the terms of service of any connected messaging platform (Telegram, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to RouteKit infrastructure or other users’ accounts.
  • Use the Service for any activity that is illegal under applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

API Usage & Rate Limits

Your use of the RouteKit API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as described in our documentation. We reserve the right to throttle or restrict API access if usage exceeds reasonable limits or negatively impacts the Service for other users.

Message Delivery

RouteKit provides guaranteed delivery tracking and will retry failed message deliveries according to our retry policy. However, we cannot guarantee delivery in all circumstances, as delivery depends on the availability and behavior of third-party messaging platforms. RouteKit is not responsible for messages that fail to deliver due to third-party platform outages, recipient-side blocking, or invalid channel configurations.

Intellectual Property

All content on routekit.sh, including text, graphics, logos, documentation, and software, is the property of RouteKit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RouteKit and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
